4 years ago I started the Ducati Café on Facebook because I was introduced 35 years ago to my uncles Ducati and fell in love with the brand. Many years later after owning ducatis whilst serving in the military I settled in Noosa, Qld Australia. After 5 years of riding with no other ducatis it was time to put a shout out to the locals. it took 2 weeks to gather 25 members, the sunshine coast had been neglected and with the partnership of our new local dealer in Caloundrah (motolife) we had ourselves a club. We have a members that own bevels of historical value...the Scaysbrook 900NCR of 1978, we have on our books the ex mechanic of Mike Hailwood, the ex racing bikes of Eddlie Lopez, just to name a few. More importantly we have a collection of over 50 members with the passion of Ducati that want to meet up as a family orientated club that raise some funds for charitable organisations looking after disabled bike riders. we are honoured to ride ducatis, and looking forward to making this club the first on the sunshine coast. New exciting and passionate for Ducati......and eager to see casey Stoner, an aussie on a motogp ducati!! we now have an massively active club with members travelling to Grand Prix and track days. We have also looked after overseas members for 4 weeks and have just confirmed flying over Pat Slinn for the Philip Island Classic meeting in 2017. We have a great relationship with our Ducati Dealer also.. Forever Ducat!!
